Tutu is a graphic designer and illustrator based in London but originally from Siberia. According to family folklore, she started drawing before she could walk. Today, she particularly loves drawing animals and nature, witty editorial illustrations and cartoons of people or everyday life.

Tutu moved to the UK in 2009 as the final year exchange student, and worked on a variety of design and illustration projects after graduation. From 2011 to 2022 she was a creative director, designer, illustrator and a cartoonist for a UK-based educational current affairs service The Day (theday.co.uk), on a mission to engage children with what's happening in the world.

Now she is looking for new opportunities in both design and illustration.

Tutu's other passions include the environment and sustainability, human and animal rights, rock climbing, food, travelling and languages. She also believes in the power of kindness.
